Landon Pacific Property Management is committed to making lppmproperty.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe a property management website should be just as usable for a screen-reader user as it is for anyone else.
Our commitment
We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological impairments.
Steps we take
- Semantic HTML and proper heading structure throughout the Site
- Alt text on meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive features
- Focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
- Form labels associated with their inputs
- Resizable text without loss of content or functionality
- Descriptive link text rather than generic "click here" labels
- Regular review of the Site against accessibility best practices
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is a continuous effort. Some legacy content, third-party plugins, or embedded forms may not yet meet our standards. We're actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our Site, we want to know.
