The why

Built because LA owners deserved better.

Dominic Pietrangelo founded Landon Pacific after seventeen years in real estate sales, construction management, and property operations across Greater Los Angeles. He kept hearing the same complaint from LA owners: the big national property management chains were treating Beverly Hills SFRs and Hollywood Hills view homes like another file in a regional rep's stack.

The fix wasn't to be a one-man shop. Solo operators have ceilings — they answer every call, but they can't possibly specialize in everything a luxury rental needs. The fix was the opposite: a small, deliberately structured team where every function has a dedicated owner, and Dom personally oversees the standards on every property.

Dominic Pietrangelo

Dominic founded Landon Pacific in 2015 after seventeen years across real estate sales, construction management, and property operations. He oversees the standards on every property in the firm's portfolio personally — every owner relationship, every BHRSO, WeHo RSO, and LA RSO compliance decision, every emergency escalation.

What that means for clients: a dedicated property manager from the team handles the day-to-day, and Dom is directly accessible whenever the principal's eyes need to be on something. The structure is built around making sure both happen.

The team

Five specialists. One function each.

Each role is owned by one person whose entire job is to do that one thing well. National chains have generalist reps doing everything badly. We have specialists doing one thing right.

Renee

Property Manager

Renee leads day-to-day property management. Tenant relationships, lease renewals, BHRSO/WeHo/LA RSO compliance execution, and the daily operations that keep your property running. Most clients work with Renee directly — and through her, with Dom.

Nancy

Junior Property Manager

Nancy supports the property management team across leasing, applicant screening, showings, and tenant communication. She's often the first point of contact for new tenant inquiries and applicant questions.

Vince

Field Operations

Vince handles the physical work — move-in and move-out inspections, vendor walkthroughs, property condition reports, and on-site coordination. When something needs eyes on the property, Vince is there with date-stamped photos and a written report by end of day.

Luis

Bookkeeper & Finances

Luis runs the books. Monthly owner statements, expense tracking, financial reporting, and the year-end packets sent directly to your CPA in early January. Every number that lands in your inbox, Luis put it there.

Veronica

Payables & Receivables

Veronica manages every transaction flowing through the firm. Rent collected from tenants, payments to vendors, refunds, deposits — she runs the cash flow that keeps your property profitable and your books clean.

Growing the team

Selectively.

The team grows when service quality requires it — not when growth requires the team. Specialists are hired one role at a time, vetted against the standard Dom set on day one.
