• Payment details — collected and processed through our secure payment partners; we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our servers
• Partial form submissions — information you enter into our website forms may be received by us as you progress through each step, even if you don't complete and submit the full form

About partial form submissions. Our website forms collect information progressively as you fill them out. When you complete a step or enter a contact detail (name, email, or phone), that information may reach us even if you decide not to finish the form. We use this only to follow up about your inquiry where you have provided a way to reach you, and to understand which services prospective clients are exploring. You can request deletion of any information we have collected at any time — see Section 6 for your rights and Section 9 for how to contact us.

• Device and browser information — IP address, browser type, operating system
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and click activity
• Approximate location based on IP address

Information from third parties

• Background-check and credit-screening providers (with applicant consent)
• Referral partners and real estate agents who direct clients to LPPM

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
