Toilet Clogs

First, remain calm and avoid flushing the toilet again, as it may cause an overflow. Use a plunger to try and dislodge the clog.

If you are successful, the toilet will drain on its own.

Sink / Shower Clogs

When faced with a clogged sink or shower drain, you can take a few steps to address the issue. Start by using a plunger to create strong suction and attempt to dislodge the clog.

If that doesn't work, try removing the drain stopper or cover and manually remove any visible debris.

For persistent or severe clogs, please submit a repair request.

If you lose electrical power, there are a few steps you can take to address the situation.

First, check if your neighbors also have a power outage, as it could be a broader issue. If it's just your home, check the circuit breaker panel for any tripped breakers and reset them if necessary. Ensure that all switches are in the "on" position.

If the outage persists, contact your utility company to report the issue. Use flashlights or battery-powered lights for illumination and avoid using candles due to fire hazards. Keep refrigerators and freezers closed to maintain temperature, and consider using alternative heating or cooling methods if necessary

Don't have hot water in your property? Check if the hot water heater is functioning properly by ensuring it is receiving power or gas supply. If it's an electric heater, check the circuit breaker and reset if needed.

Next, verify that the temperature setting on the heater is appropriate. If the unit seems to be functioning but not producing hot water, it could be a problem with the heating element or thermostat, which may require professional repair or replacement.
